Steven Stewart brings more than 30 years of experience across industrial, civil, and commercial and residential construction, along with the boots-on-the-ground leadership that comes from staying close to the work itself.
His background is grounded in field execution. It reflects how work is actually built, how crews and scopes are coordinated on the ground, and how to keep projects moving when real-world conditions shift. That perspective gives P-40 leadership that supports sound field-level decisions and drives disciplined execution.
Adam Traweek brings more than 10 years of experience shaped by his work with InterMountain Hotels, a national hospitality owner and developer. That background developed his construction management perspective across project feasibility and early planning, design, permitting, procurement, construction, and closeout.
It sharpened his ability to keep stakeholders aligned across the full lifecycle of a project. His experience in hotel construction and renovations adds depth in schedule-critical work within live operating environments where downtime, budget, and quality cannot slip.
Together, they give P-40 a leadership foundation that combines construction management expertise with real field execution — the project-side and the field-side under one roof.
